James was incredibly knowledgeable and professional during his visit. He was quick to answer all of my questions and provided a thorough and detailed report in a very short space of time after the visit. He also provided us with some really useful resources/documents and advice that I have shared with the rest of the residents and he has been incredibly helpful providing ongoing advice about a more recent issue we have had with our fire safety equipment.
